After fueling we were running to little egg reef but it looked crowded so we stopped at the Rutgers research buoys when we saw bunker pods all over. Had a consistent pick of fluke and sharks the entire time. Drift was almost straight East and we would drift into the little egg reef and then run back to the cans. We came home with 3 fluke, threw 1 back and released 3 sharks, also lost a big bluefish when it jumped. Water temp is 73 degrees wind out of the wsw about 12kts and increasing steadily to 20kts by 4 we headed in because of rough conditions.
