Left the dock 7am Thursday and made it to Tom's around 4pm after trolling last 20 or 30 miles. Had 2 run offs on green machine daisy chain on outside rigger right inside the point of toms Canyon but came off. Trolled South down edge looking for high flyer. Hard to see in 5 to 8ft seas. Found one around 6pm and we tied to it. Chunked all night using about 5 Flatts. Steady pick of Mahi all night. Caught about 8 or 10 before we trolled at 10am the next day. Biggest was 25.20lbs caught by dad at 6:15am on sardine. Entered into dream boat. Trolled with no actions so hit pots for mahi. Caught 8 or 10 more Mahi and went home. Much calmer on Friday.
